TRAIx Bootcamps are designed for students to learn the basics of emerging technologies. Each Bootcamp covers a single technology. Students explore:
• a variety of resources with each technology
• gain hands-on experience with the technology
• design prototypes that integrate the use of the technology
The duration of each Bootcamp is five consecutive days for five hours each – a total of twenty five hours divided into a balance of theory and hands-on practical sessions. At the end of each Bootcamp, students make a working prototype based on a problem that they want to solve.
Students keep the materials and components they use to build their prototype so they may improve on it further. Students will receive a Certificate of Participation on completion of the Bootcamp.
